We Visit
A licensed technician arrives at your home for a 30-minute in-home water test. On-site results for most parameters.
You Decide
We review every result with you and provide honest recommendations. No pressure. Your written report is yours to keep regardless.
After the Test
After we complete the on-site water analysis, our technician will sit down with you and review every result in plain language — no jargon, no confusing numbers without context. You will understand exactly what is in your water, what it means for your health and home, and what your options are.
If treatment is appropriate, we will present options at multiple price points and explain the trade-offs of each. We will never recommend a system larger or more expensive than what your water actually requires. We will never create urgency that does not exist. We will never use high-pressure closing tactics.
If your water tests well and no treatment is needed, we will tell you exactly that — and leave. The test is free whether we install a system or not. That is our permanent policy, and it is how we have operated since 2014.
Real Customers
“I scheduled the free test just to see what it was. Two hours later I had a full written report explaining exactly why our water was leaving orange stains everywhere. Within a week we had a system installed and the stains never came back. Best call I ever made.”

Questions
Yes — completely free. There is no service call fee, no hidden charge, and no obligation to purchase anything. We offer the free test because we know that once you see what is in your water, a fair percentage of customers will want to do something about it. That is enough for us. If the test shows your water is fine, we will tell you that and leave.
Most in-home water tests take 20–30 minutes. We test at the tap, not just the water source, which gives a more accurate picture of what is actually coming out of your faucets. We will review every result with you on the spot.
Our standard free test covers total hardness, pH level, iron (ferrous and ferric), hydrogen sulfide (the rotten egg smell), total dissolved solids (TDS), free chlorine and chloramines, turbidity, and a visual assessment. If we suspect bacterial contamination or PFAS, we will discuss a separate lab test with you.
No. Never. We do not use high-pressure sales tactics, limited-time offers, or any of the manipulative techniques common in the home services industry. You receive honest results and honest recommendations. What you do with that information is entirely up to you. We are still happy to have done the test regardless.
We serve all of Sarasota County and Manatee County, including Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, North Port, Englewood, Osprey, Nokomis, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, Palmetto, and surrounding communities. If you are unsure, call us at (941) 343-2907 and we will confirm.
