By accessing or using the Convenient Water website (“Site”) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users.
Convenient Water provides residential and commercial water treatment services in Sarasota and Manatee Counties, Florida, including water testing, system installation, maintenance, repair, and salt delivery. The Site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate service scheduling.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Submitting a request through the Site or by phone does not constitute a confirmed appointment. An appointment is confirmed only when you receive direct confirmation from a Convenient Water representative. We reserve the right to decline service in our sole discretion. Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to travel, prior service duration, or circumstances beyond our control.
All prices for products and installation services are provided in written quotes and are subject to change without notice prior to a confirmed agreement. We will never charge a service call or trip fee — this is our permanent policy. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty terms for installed equipment are provided in writing at the time of installation and vary by product manufacturer. Convenient Water's labor warranty covers installation workmanship; it does not cover damage resulting from pre-existing plumbing conditions, improper use, or failure to maintain consumables (filters, salt, UV bulbs) per our recommendations.
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Convenient Water or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Convenient Water makes no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information on the Site for any particular purpose. General water quality information provided on the Site is educational and not a substitute for a professional water analysis of your specific water supply.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convenient Water shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site with the updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
