NSF-Compliant Commercial Engineering
Custom-engineered water treatment for restaurants, hotels, medical facilities, and manufacturing in Sarasota and Manatee County. From design through ongoing maintenance.
Industrial-Grade Expertise
Commercial and industrial water quality requirements are fundamentally different from residential needs. A restaurant needs water that protects its dishwasher investment, doesn't affect beverage taste, and keeps ice machines clean and efficient. A medical facility needs bacteriological control and sterilizer-grade purified water. A manufacturer needs process water consistency and boiler feed water that won't foul heat exchangers.
We design every commercial system from scratch — based on your actual water chemistry, your flow rates, your regulatory environment, and your budget. We don't apply residential products to commercial problems. We size commercial-grade equipment correctly for the application.
All Convenient Water commercial installations are performed by Florida state licensed contractors, engineered to meet applicable NSF/ANSI standards, and backed by our same zero-service-call-fee maintenance commitment.

Our Capabilities
Every capability you need, under one roof.
We design commercial systems from scratch — sized for your actual flow rates, contaminant load, and regulatory requirements. No off-the-shelf packages.
Commercial water testing covering all relevant parameters including microbiological analysis, metals panel, and application-specific parameters.
All commercial installations are engineered to meet applicable NSF/ANSI standards, Florida building code, and local health department requirements.
Scheduled maintenance programs designed around your operation — including after-hours visits to minimize disruption to your business.
We service and repair commercial water treatment systems of any brand — Evoqua, Pureflow, Kinetico, Pentair, and others.
Commercial clients get priority scheduling for service calls. A failing water treatment system in a commercial kitchen is a health and regulatory issue — we act accordingly.
Commercial FAQs
Timeline varies significantly based on project scope. A small office bottleless cooler installation can be completed in a half-day. A full restaurant water treatment system (scale-preventing pre-filter, ice machine softener, RO drinking water, dishwasher protector) typically takes 1–2 days. Custom industrial systems — cooling towers, boiler feed, high-volume RO — can require 2–4 weeks from design approval to commissioned installation, depending on equipment lead times.
Yes. We frequently work with general contractors, mechanical contractors, and commercial builders on new construction and tenant improvement projects. We can provide specifications for bid, bid the plumbing rough-in, and perform the final water treatment equipment installation as a subcontractor. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured for commercial work in Sarasota and Manatee Counties.
NSF International sets standards for water treatment equipment used in food service applications. NSF/ANSI Standard 42 covers aesthetic effects (chlorine, taste, odor, particulate); Standard 58 covers RO systems; Standard 61 covers materials that contact drinking water. Florida health code requires food service water treatment equipment to meet applicable NSF standards. All commercial systems we install for food service applications are specified to meet the required NSF certifications.
Yes — we service commercial systems of all brands. Whether you have a Pentair commercial filter bank, an Evoqua industrial RO, or a legacy commercial softener of unknown origin, we can assess its current performance, service it, repair it, or replace it. All with no service call fee for the diagnostic visit.
Yes. Commercial maintenance agreements are available with scheduled service intervals, priority response, and documentation suitable for health department inspections.
