Water quality emergency? Call us now — same-day response available.
When It Can't Wait
Water treatment emergencies don't follow business hours. A UV sterilizer that fails at 8pm on a Friday leaves a well water household without bactericidal protection all weekend. A system failure during a tropical weather event can compromise water quality at exactly the moment demand is highest.
We offer same-day emergency service Monday through Saturday for genuine water quality and system emergencies. Our technicians keep emergency-common parts on their trucks — UV lamps, control valve repair kits, filter housings, pressure gauges — so many emergency repairs can be completed on the first visit without waiting for parts.
If an immediate permanent repair isn't possible, we provide interim solutions — temporary bypasses, bottled water guidance, or a loaner UV unit for critical bacterial protection — until the permanent repair is scheduled.

Emergencies We Handle
Your softener, RO system, or whole-house filter has stopped working — water is bypassing untreated or pressure has dropped significantly.
Sudden change in taste, smell, or appearance — possible contamination event from main line break, flooding, or treatment failure.
UV lamp indicator alarm, lamp failure, or power disruption to your disinfection system — critical for well water customers.
Flooding can introduce bacteria and sediment into wells and treatment systems. We respond to assess and sanitize affected systems after storm events.
Connection failure, cracked housing, or ruptured membrane causing water damage. We address the source and assess the extent of system damage.
Just moved in and discovered a water treatment system in disrepair? We assess, service, and certify any existing system's current performance status.
Our Response Process
From your call to clean water — here is our emergency response sequence.
Call (941) 343-2907. Describe your situation — a team member will assess the urgency and schedule same-day or next-available service.
Based on your description, we triage the issue and dispatch the right technician with the appropriate tools and parts for your system type.
Our technician arrives, assesses the system and water quality, and gives you a clear diagnosis and repair options — no service call fee for the assessment.
If parts are on the truck, we repair immediately. If not, we provide a temporary bypass or interim solution and schedule the permanent repair for the next available appointment.
After repair, we re-test your water to confirm the system is performing correctly and that water quality has been restored to normal.
Emergency Service FAQs
We consider the following to be emergencies warranting same-day response: sudden change in water taste, color, or odor (possible contamination); complete system failure with no treated water output; UV sterilizer alarm or failure (especially on well water); visible leak from system components causing water damage; and post-flood well or system contamination. For less urgent issues — performance decline, routine repairs, scheduled maintenance — we schedule standard service appointments.
For genuine water quality emergencies, we aim to have a technician on-site the same day — typically within 2–6 hours of your call, depending on our current service load and your location. Monday through Saturday, 8am to 6pm. For calls received after hours or on Sunday, we will respond first thing the next available business day and provide guidance on interim steps in the meantime.
There is no service call fee for emergency service — same as for any other visit. You pay only for parts and materials actually used in the repair. There is no after-hours premium, no emergency dispatch fee, and no minimum labor charge. We believe water is essential, and charging extra for urgent help doesn't align with our values.
A sudden change in well water odor (especially to sulfur or sewage smell) can indicate a bacterial contamination event, a damaged well cap, or flooding-related intrusion. Do not drink the water until it has been tested. You can run bottled water in the meantime. Call us immediately at (941) 343-2907 — we will prioritize your call for same-day service and bring testing equipment to assess the situation on-site.
Yes. Flood events are a significant water quality risk in Southwest Florida, particularly for private well owners. Floodwater can introduce E. coli, coliform bacteria, nitrates, and sediment into well systems. We offer post-flood well water testing, well sanitization (shock chlorination), and treatment system inspection and sanitization as part of our emergency response services. We recommend testing and sanitizing after any flood event that reaches within 50 feet of your well.
