100% Free — No Obligation
A certified Convenient Water technician comes to your home, tests your water for 12+ parameters, and gives you a complete written report — at absolutely no cost.
Why Test Your Water?
Southwest Florida has some of the most chemically complex water in the United States. Whether you're on Sarasota County municipal supply or a private well in Manatee County, your water travels through limestone aquifers, aging iron pipes, and agricultural areas before reaching your faucet. The result is water that can be hard, acidic, iron-rich, chlorine-heavy, sulfur-tainted — or several of these at once.
The only way to know exactly what's in your water is to test it. Many homeowners spend money on water treatment products based on symptoms alone — and end up with the wrong system for their actual water chemistry. A proper water test takes the guesswork out completely.
Our certified technicians bring professional-grade field meters and collection equipment to your home. The in-home portion of the test covers 10 parameters with instant results. Bacterial and nitrate samples are sent to our state-certified laboratory partner for 48-72 hour analysis.

No cost. No obligation. No pressure.
“The technician spent 45 minutes at our house, tested every tap, showed us exactly what was wrong with our water, and explained everything clearly. No pressure at all. We ended up calling them back two weeks later because we were so impressed with their honesty.”
— Karen M., Sarasota
What We Measure
Every test covers the parameters most relevant to Southwest Florida water conditions.
| Parameter | Unit | Why It Matters | On-Site? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Total Hardness | gpg / mg/L | Identifies scale buildup, soap efficiency issues, appliance damage risk | |
| pH Level | pH units | Detects acidic water that corrodes copper pipes and fixtures | |
| Iron (total + ferrous) | mg/L | Source of rust stains, metallic taste, pipe blockage | |
| Total Dissolved Solids | ppm | Broad indicator of overall mineral content and water quality | |
| Chlorine / Chloramine | mg/L | Taste and odor issues, skin and hair effects, appliance wear | |
| Hydrogen Sulfide | ppb | The source of rotten egg odor — very common in Southwest Florida well water | |
| Manganese | mg/L | Black or brown staining, associated with neurological effects at high levels | |
| Turbidity | NTU | Measures cloudiness / sediment presence in water | |
| Nitrates / Nitrites | mg/L | Agricultural and septic runoff indicator — health concern for infants | Lab (48–72 hr) |
| Bacteria (coliform) | Pass/Fail | Critical health parameter — sent to certified lab for analysis | Lab (48–72 hr) |
| Tannins | mg/L | Tea-colored water common in shallow Florida wells near organic matter | |
| Sulfate | mg/L | Contributes to scale, laxative effect at high concentrations |
How It Works
From scheduling to receiving your written report — here is exactly what to expect.
Call (941) 343-2907 or complete our online form. We offer morning and afternoon appointments Monday through Saturday.
A certified technician arrives at your home and collects water samples from your main supply, kitchen tap, and any problem areas you've identified. Takes about 10 minutes.
We run 10 of the 12 test parameters right on-site using calibrated field meters. You see the results in real time as they come in — no waiting.
Bacteria and nitrate samples are sealed and sent to our state-certified laboratory partner. Results typically return within 48–72 hours.
You receive a printed and emailed report showing every parameter tested, your results vs. EPA/Florida standards, and honest treatment recommendations — with multiple options at different price points.
Your Written Report
Every water test includes a printed and emailed report that shows each parameter measured, your result, the EPA maximum contaminant level (MCL) or recommended range, and a plain-English explanation of what it means for your family.
If your water has issues, we present treatment options at multiple price points — from entry-level solutions to comprehensive whole-home systems. We explain the pros and cons of each approach honestly. There is no single "right" answer we steer everyone toward; the right system depends on your water chemistry, your home, and your goals.

Schedule My Free TestWater Testing FAQs
There is no catch. The water test is completely free with no obligation to purchase anything. We test your water, give you the results, and make recommendations. If you're not interested in our products or services, that's perfectly fine — you still walk away with valuable information about your water quality. We've built our business on honest service since 2014, and the free water test is a reflection of that commitment.
The in-home portion takes approximately 30–45 minutes from arrival to departure. We run 10 parameters on-site with instant results. Bacterial testing requires a separate lab sample and returns results within 48–72 hours. We'll send those results via email as soon as they're available.
Absolutely. Municipal water in Sarasota and Bradenton meets federal drinking water standards at the treatment plant, but water chemistry changes significantly as it travels through aging distribution pipes to your tap. We regularly find elevated chlorine levels, residual iron from pipe corrosion, high hardness (15–25 gpg is typical for Sarasota County), and occasional turbidity in city-supplied homes. The test tells you exactly what you're working with.
Well water testing is especially important in Southwest Florida. In addition to our standard 12-parameter panel, we pay extra attention to iron, hydrogen sulfide (rotten egg odor), bacterial contamination, tannins, and pH — all common well water concerns in this region. If you're purchasing a home with a well, we strongly recommend testing before closing. We also offer expanded well water testing panels that include arsenic, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and other parameters not in our standard test.
Our technicians are trained to educate, not pressure. They will share what they find and what it means, explain what options exist to address any problems, and leave you with a written report. Any recommendations will include multiple options at different price points. There is no time pressure, no high-pressure closing, and no obligation. Many customers choose to call us back days or weeks later after they've had time to think it over — and we're happy to wait.
No cost. No obligation. Just answers about what's in your water and what you can do about it.
